My name is Jeany D. I have been a customer Preferred Auto Credit Exchange (PACE) for several years. In fact I have bought my last two vehicles through them. I have never done business with any company that is like PACE. They have the nicest, friendliest people working there. If you have a problem they will do whatever they can to help. When you talk on the phone with a PACE associate, it is truly like talking one the phone with a friend. I personally cannot see myself ever going anywhere else to try and get another vehicle. PACE is truly the place for me. I have hit a few rough spots in this economy today and I called them and they were very understanding and willing to help. I would truly advise anyone to give them a call.

I just totaled the Nissan and I thought I was going to be out of luck. Only at a car dealership that cares offer all types of extra things that the big boys don’t. Deductible insurance? Yeah, that’s right they offer a dealer deductible insurance. What that means is you can raise your deductible to 500 dollars and they will cover it as long as you buy a car from there. I have been through at least 60 vehicles all over the world and I have never seen this type of coverage. They handled everything and I am driving again.
If you think that Good Wheels is just some fly by night dealer that is going to screw you out of all your money you are wrong. They handled everything and I am driving again, thanks to Vicki.
She was more interested in how much I was going to have to pay than how they could have made from me. She actually cared that I have a state job on the way and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted. If you think that I couldn’t get a car anywhere else your wrong. I had zero down on a vehicle at [other dealerships], etc… Of course I looked at these dealerships, but the cars they wanted to sell me couldn’t hold a candle next to Good Wheels.
I don’t know how they price or where they get the vehicles they sell, but I have found two very rare cars there….
I started employment with the state today and I am actually on break and the only reason that happened is because this small to mid sized dealership cared about what was going on in my life, not just making money. I have never seen a dealership like it.
I have lived everywhere from Honolulu, Destin, North Carolina and up until now I have never found a business that is so customer oriented.
I guess what I am trying to say is that if you have a car now, but want a new one or just a different one check them out. The majority of the cars they have are loaded, leather heads up display, power seats, and they look and run like they came off the assembly line. Check them out if you live in the upper northeast corner.
Thanks a lot Darin, Vicki, and all the others that put me back on the road before the insurance claim was finished. All friends on my facebook that are going to read this make sure that you mention my name when you go in and I will split the money with you, lol.

I really feel great about doing business with PACE and Good Wheels and referring friends and family for two reasons. One, you try to select the best cars/trucks for your customers. Two, the most important part, you understand the economy and try to work with people with credit problems and trust them. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the entire work force for your good work and hope your business will expand and expand and customer satisfaction will continue to be your primary goal.

Our experience with Good Wheels was very good from the first time we walked in the door they treated us like people not a number. We got our vehicle that same day and love the vehicle and pay on it every week. Good Wheels is the best place to get a vehicle if you have credit problems or even good credit. I would recommend anyone to Good Wheels for there next vehicle. The people that work in the show room and the finance office are the nicest people that I have meet since we were looking for a car.
